80070570 error downloading profile

I started getting this error all of the sudden yesterday and have tried all the available "fixes" so far that I have found on line. resetting, clearing cache, resetting network, testing network connection to xbox live (which passes), etc....

I try to login and it knows my login, so it is connecting to the system just fine, put in my password and it starts to download and the I get the error..

Greetings ANGRY!

I suggest checking your hard drive for contents that might have become corrupted. Corrupted contents is shown as an yellow exclamation mark. Delete any file associated with a yellow exclamation mark.

If you haven't already, try delete your gamer profile (Delete Profile Only) and recover your profile from LIVE. To do so, follow the steps up front and let us know how that goes and we'll go from there.

How to delete Xbox LIVE profile safely

Before you delete your profile you have to know the username and password for your Microsoft account that is associated with your profile.

Go to Settings, and then select System.

Select Storage.

Select All Devices.

Select Gamer Profiles.

Select the gamertag that you want to delete.

Select Delete.

Select Delete Profile Only. This deletes the profile but leaves saved games and achievements.

Restart your console and download your profile.

Download Xbox LIVE profile.

Press the Xbox Guide button on your controller (large X button in the center of your controller).

Select Download Profile.

Enter the Microsoft account associated with your Xbox LIVE gamertag.

Enter your Microsoft account password.

I'm getting this same error. I have tried everything that I was instructed to do when I called. I deleted my gamer profile, as instructed by Microsoft and for the past 2 days, I keep getting a message that says something on the lines of, Microsoft cannot
download your gamer profile at this time, please try again later. Or something like that. This will be the 3rd day. I'm frustrated.

Yesterday I was told it was because the content download had a service issue, or something along those lines also.

I was supposed to receive an e-mail, asking for a time to contact me via phone from a different department, but I have yet to get the e-mail.

I'm beginning to get that feeling like I'm getting pushed to a back burner.

trying to download my profile i put in the email and password it starts to download then stops with error 80070570 please help!

FYI, just to head off the obvious, this does NOT help me:

Literally everything that I try to do, including stop all downloads, and download free content, requires me to get into my profile, which I CANNOT DO.
