    800704DC Fix?


    I was on the phone with a support agent following along with this :
    http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-360/xbox-live/error-code-800704dc     we tried everything but I still couldn't download my profile. BUT THEN, he canceled my membership and then after that it allowed me to download my profile!

    I'm just posting this so people with this issue can find the fix!

    try going to login.live.com, it seems like it might be a password or even proof's issue. Sign into that website, and then make sure you have a mobile number and email as proofs, but if it is say's wrong password or email, try resetting your password.
