    Purchased "darksouls one" a couple months ago .. Just today my cloud storage continued to failed over n over. Used all tech supports solutions nothing helped. doesn't show that I've bought the game in my purchase history because while trying to redownload
    I clicked purchase game again hoping it would bring me to a screen that would let me redownload but sadly no. any help would be nice from the (higher ups) My microsoft support kept reffering to, to help me. Thanks community .
