8007007A error

Discus and support 8007007A error in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; just last week out of the blue it says my console can’t connect to Live. I ran the test and it says I’m connected.     Problem with error code 8007007A

    Firts, i couldn´t sign in session in my profile in the xbox 360 for the error 8007007A, later I eliminate the profile in my console and now I can´t download mi profile, for the error: 8007007A.

    I can´t play backward compatible games in the xone for the same error.

    Your account, like mine, is now dead and your profile is unrecoverable. Microsoft don't care.

    Buy a different console.

    • The billing information for your account needs to be updated.
    • The cache information on your Xbox console needs to be refreshed.
