    Going on year 3 of all this moving servers and all our accounts are not fixed yet and now I apparently have an address in the UK which I never put there and cannot delete. So while I don't think this will ever get fixed , could I have someone manually deposit
    the points into my account? Appreciate it.

    After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated

    Yea, I'd appreciate someone actually doing something to resolve this situation too. 18 months with no deposits and MS really don't seem bothered about fixing the problem. I can't think of any other company of MS's size who wouldn't be eager to redress the
    situation immediately.

    Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to manually force a deposit. We apologize for the inconvenience that this issue is causing. Once we receive a resolution from our accounts payable team who are able to fully access the secure databases containing
    your billable account information, your deposit should resume as expected.
