Thank you for reaching out to the Xbox forums! I understand that you’re having difficulties running Wild Racing 8. Just to confirm, are you capable of launching the game at all or does it give you the error code while you attempt to launch? Can you please confirm which console you’re attempting to launch the game on?

There are a couple of troubleshooting methods we can attempt while we await your reply.

1. Please ensure that you’re logged into the correct account. Launch the Microsoft Store app, visit the top right corner person icon, and you should be able to access your account. If you have multiple accounts logged in, please log out of all accounts and log back in with the account that made the purchase.

2. Please confirm your order history and content library. While in the Microsoft Store app, visit the icon at the top right that looks like a set of three dots “…”. From here, you will be able to locate your library and previous purchased titles. This will be an easy way to confirm that the correct account is logged in that has access to a specific game.

3. Error code: 0x803F8001 occurs when you attempt to launch a game or app with the device having difficulties finding the usage rights. For additional troubleshooting options, please follow this link Error 0x803F8001 Troubleshooting
