8 YEAR SUBSCRIBER THREATENED ON NHL 16 AND XBOX ENFORCED SUSPENTION ON ME 3 TIMES IN 1 OR 2 ...

SINCE I WAS THREATENED BY A PLAYER THAT HE WAS GOING TO "SCREW ME OVER" IN JAN OF THIS YEAR I WAS DENIED CHAT OR TEXT AND WHILE USING A SEPERATE ACCOUNT SUSPENDED 2 MORE TIMES WHILE NOT USING MY 8 YEAR LONG ACCOUNT.MY 2 OTHER ACCOUNTS HAVE BOTH BEEN SUSPENDED
SINCE THEN ALSO.THIS GUY TOLD ME HE WOULD DO THIS WHILE PLAYING NHL 16 AND ODDLY ENOUGH IVE BEEN TOLD IN THE NHL 16 LOBBY THAT THERE ARE PEOPLE DOING THIS SO I KNOW ITS NOT JUST ME!.MY ACCOUNTS ARE CLIFTONITE 187,,XBOX 1 AINT2FUN.I JUST SPENT
LIKE 2000 INTHE LAST 2 YEARS ON THIS THING.PLEASE REPLY TO [Mod Removed] IF ANYONE CAN HELP!!!

How to start NHL 16 on Xbox One

Hello!

I can't start NHL 16 on my Xbox One. The game was bought on a DVD 1 year ago. I played it sometimes. I have also bought 1 month EA-access subscription about month ago, and now I can't even start the game - i get a message like I need to refresh one of my
subscribes like XBox Gold or EA Access. And error code 0x803f800b.

The EA subscription is cancelled on my web page at http://support.xbox.com.

So the question is - how to play NHL 16 in a single player mode, as i did at 1 year ago?
