    8 year account banned now still attacked and cant chat on new profile


    Original gamer tag "cliftonite 187" trolled to no end i got banned in January with repeated suspensions while suspended.now my other accounts were attacked and were banned from using chat or messages ,BUT now after it was lifted i STILL cannot use messaging
    or chat.Ive been here 8 years and never had anything close to this happen to me...

    Nobody had any answers as to how to reach the people who can help.I was attacked and i dont deserve this!A kid literally told my on nhl 16 where its impossible in a 12 man game to tell whos talking announce he was going to get me banned.

    All my downloaded and movies are inaccessible too..if i can chat with my friends then whats the sense in playing xbox?

    I was suspended from chat and message and its over yet i still cant chat or message

    Hello,my original account (cliftonite 187) maliciously attacked with complaints after 8 years of no problems.i was told by someone playing nhl16 "i was going to be banned".Sure enough a week goes by and my account is suspended mid January.while it was suspended
    it was repeatedly reported and got permanently banned by February.I made separate accounts to continue playing and a somehow this account get suspended from chat and messaging and its was over today...Still cant message or chat.my EA games wont work either
    due to the problem nothing from EA will work.

    Please help my to atleast get chat back or all the money i spent on this console and games is for nothing.thanks

    Ive done that and they dont give u any response.Im permanently banned and now using a seperate profile and that one still wont let me voice chat or send messages.im looking for answers....still waiting for help.8 year membership with all my movies and tv
    shows gone for good and i was maliciously reported by a guy and his friends (i suppose)since i dont know who was involved i cant say who to blame.EA games i own like all of them cant be played due to the fact chat was disabled.HOW CAN THEY ALLOW THIS???

    Another Update ... Ban Over and still can't chat and no way to contact anyone at Microsoft to help.
