8 day suspension for a GTA clip?

I recommend you to do an appeal if the enforcement website allows you to do so. You can review how to do this by following the steps provided here:

To avoid a similar situation in the future, you may want to save the clips offline / avoid uploading it to the Xbox network if the content is +18 or sensitive.

Even if the game is allowed in the Microsoft store, it’s important to keep in mind the Xbox Community Code of conduct in terms of sharing content with others:

I literally had the same thing happen to me a few minutes ago.

My friends and I were messing around in a friends only lobby in GTA Online and I decided to take a clip of the moment and then a few minutes later, I checked my phone to find that I received an 8 day suspension because of that clip.

This is really messed up, I got sanctioned by Xbox because I used a feature that is on my controller , that they advertised and as you rightfully said, during those 8 days, I will be charged for my gamepass.

This isn't fair at all, especially considering that most of my friends were die-hard Playstation fans and I convinced them to switch to Xbox so that we can play online.

I filed an appeal but God knows if that will work.

Frankly this is really disgusting.

At this rate, I think it's best if I go back to Playstation for console gaming and switch to PC gaming via a steamdeck for online gaming with my crew.

Exactly, I got banned for 8 days for posting a game clip in gta. I can't believe what xbox has become like I am scared to even change my gamerpic or upload a game clip because I fear of losing my account. I love how you can't even contact them you have to file an appeal they deny 99% of the time. Thanks to enforcement I won't express myself because that goes against the terms of service but little Timmy booting people offline doesn't.

I have 4 suspensions going at the same time right now because of my gamerpicture (It's just an anime girl) which none of them have any details and I even sent an appeal in with no response yet, this is ridiculous, the picture isn't even inappropriate.

The enforcement team is a joke.
