7th consecutive day with Service Alert for Xbox 360...??? I want my money back !!

As of May 22 2015, its the 7th consecutive day we have a service alert for matchmaking (we cant join friends) on xbox 360... an old and supposedly proven device. If I cant join my friends to play with I ask myself why should I pay 60€ a year for playing
alone as I do on my console without financing lazy engineers nor greedy executives.

I'm going to buy a Playstation 4 instead of Xbox one. MS cheats on us.

As someone who can't play discs on my Xbox anymore, due a lil' incident, the free games are really ideal for me seeing as I had most of them before so I still got the saves.

Hell it has been a week without doing ***... hell once i'm able to i'm Done with CONSOLES.. its not Microsoft. its Xbox.. all they care about is XB1. and you will get someone on here that says well upgrade.. guess what i'll go to PC before i jump to
any console again.. more Reliable and games look 10 times better.. so if i where you. keep the 360 and dump consoles.. go to pc.. i would LOVE to get my money back or a free week or 2 added to my sub.. but hell lets face it.. they wont fix it.. they will
clam it can't be fixed and they have to shut service down.. then i will sue

 

Fair call! I also have the service alert! I'm also paying for WWE Network (don't judge) that I have been unable to use and will have to cancel. After a week it does not look like anything is going to be done unfortunately. I hope I'm wrong.

 

8th day... What about a class action lawsuit against Microsoft ? We are thousands of victims of which is obviously a FRAUD !

 

And I bet, you cannot be botherd to get in touch with an xbox live support agent. Who will be able to help you. And hackers will aim more to last ten consoles as they are not worked on , as more then the new console will be . But there engineering teams
do there jobs. But you just think they are lazy but Microsoft is a big company. And so is xbox please just give them tine... And the 360 severs are not shutting down any time soon.
