    Check your Xbox Live subscription at https://account.microsoft.com/services and see if it maybe went through and Xbox just encountered an error.

    Also, check your billing information and make sure there aren't any issues at http://billing.microsoft.com. If it still doesn't work while redeeming on Xbox, try redeeming it on the website at https://redeem.microsoft.com. Make sure that your console, code
    and region all match.

    If none of that works, contact Xbox support via phone or Support Chat at Contact Us | Xbox Support.
