    75 " Screen Picture Jerks


    Hi MS,

    I´ve bought an new 75" Television. When i watch a movie over a app the Picture is jerking every fiew seconds.

    Wehn i Play a game, the game looking not very well. Why?

    I´ve tested a PC on the Television and everything is fine....but with the xbox i have problems

    Have you some tip or whta can i do?

    What's the point of JP???

    It's Jerking Power for when you win the match and jerk it and then throw it at the screen. The more JP the more furious the load

    Titanfall has very bad Screen Tearing.....

    I have finally managed to get my screen to tear.

    At the beginning of one of the Story Mode matches as we were being dropped to the ground I accidentally jerked my controller and had a split second of screen tearing.

    Don't really get it anywhere else but I have managed to make it happen a couple of times by jerking the thumbstick up and down really quickly.

    Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. We understand you are having issues with picture quality jerking. If you are playing multiplayer, are you connected wired or wireless? A wired connection may be more beneficial. Is the TV 4k compatible
    and all settings green checked? Also, if using the standard HDMI cable that came with the console, you may want to see if an upgrade will help. Try

    different resolution     may help the picture from jerking.

    Try these and let us know.

    I specifically bought a VGA DA-15 Cable, thinking the same thing at first & it wouldn't work (No Picture)..

    Then, I bought an XGA DA-15 cable, for my laptop & Radeon HD to display an image on screen & it works... So, there is a difference, IceStorm III..

    Picture Resolution Size

    Go to picture > screen adjustment > picture size > screen fit on the samsung tv. screen fit will make it look good on your screen.
