$75 offer when upgrading to Xbox One not recieved.

Hello. I have been in touch with an Xbox support agent and i was told to inform you further in order to get the $75 i was granted. The offer of getting $75 when upgrading to Xbox One was showing on my xbox 360 dashboard on the 8th of july 2014. I had
already a couple of days earlier ordered a Xbox one trough the internet and i got the console the same day (8 of july 2014) and set the console up and set it as my home console the same day aswell. It is now the 17th of August 2014 and i have not recieved
it. The agent i was talking to on the 08/17 (Today) did a report on this case and i was suggested to make a post on here aswell in order to inform the Rewards Team that i have not received my $75 Voucher. Ticket number: [Mod Removed]. Xbox

Hi, i recently recieved a message from microsoft saying that if i buy an xbox one from 07/07/14 to 07/31/14 i will recieve 75 dollars for upgrading. Well i just picked a new xbox one up today 07/08/14 and need help getting my free 75$.

Just to ask a third time, what region are you currently physically located in? Not all regions support the Xbox One right now. For a full list, you can see our
Xbox Live Countries list (the ones with the * support the Xbox One). For example, if you were located in Sweden, that region doesn't support the Xbox One console as of yet.

 

But why did i recieve the offer on my 360 console if you say my country is not supported?
