I got an ad about buying an xbox 1 and getting 75 dollars in my account but I already got an xbox one on release and I chatted with them and they told me to post that I haven't or my code here.

I've two. A day one and the day before it was available pre-paid/pre-ordered a kinectless version for the other room. I've also bought the vast majority of the games that have come out for the system.

Think they'll toss me a code or two?

i am very dissapointed i've been a Loyal Xbox Live Gold Member for quite sometime now, 9 year i believe. I think i should have been automatically sent the 75$ code. I've had Xbox Live since it came out. I've bought every system and have stayed loyal i've
always had automatic renewal every year i have owned all Xbox's and have bought the new Xbox One when it was at top dollar too. i don't believe this was handled right, i should have the 75$ AT-LEAST for all that i have stayed loyal and spent, i've never went
to the competitor

 

The code was to help with xbox one sales, wasn't it? They're not just gonna hand a 75$ code out to everyone who has been with them for a long time...

I'm not asking for a hand out. i'm upset at the fact that i've probably spent over thousands of dollars for there products and systems services and games yet, people that are buying a One now with 100$ cheaper are getting free hand outs. You don't feel upset
at all in anyway if you were in my position? Maybe $75 isn't alot compared for how much i've spent with Xbox and Microsoft but it would be a nice gesture of "Hey, Thanks for being a loyal customer" but when i see people that are just buying it or any old random
people getting $75 from them it upsets me a bit i apologize if you cant see where im coming from.

 

Its life there always going to be a better deal. Get over,it crying about its not going to make thing magically go your way.

Someone else who uses the word 'loyalty' in place of 'satisfied' in an attempt to imply entitlement. Sorry, but that's a load of steamy. Being satisfied enough to stick with a product rather than moving on to another is not the same as loyalty...
if you want loyalty, get a dog. Otherwise, you've been nothing more than 'another satisfied customer' just like any other.

If the other response (forgot who posted it) is correct in that this offer expired in July, then NO... If you didn't qualify for whatever reason, then you didn't qualify, it was handled right, and you should not. Simple as that.
