    As the title says, I have not been credited for my purchase of an xbox one during the promotional period.

    I've gone through the details with support and they redirected me here, so here's hoping you can help.

    Mixer Giveaway Not Arriving

    Yeah it was on mixer.com/xbox, I checked my notifications center and also nothing has come through on my xbox messages and nothing. But I will check my mixer notifications again as well.

    this problem has been accuring alot to most common players around the world is the notification center and message center they seem to not work propperly most players dont recive their messages or party invitations they basically have to restart their
    xbox or sign out and sign back in to see their invitations and messages please fix this

    As per the T&C of the offer you must set the console as your home console by the date specified.

    However, the date of receipt of the code has not yet passed. You would receive this code by August 15 to your gamertag's message center.

    I don't know who told you that you were not eligible for this offer but you should wait until the date specified to see if you actually get the code or not.
