7 straight defective consoles in the last week

That's right. I've had to return, exchange, open, and close 7 straight consoles from gamestop/bestbuy because Microsoft put out defective consoles. Can anyone suggest to me how I can get a working, normally functioning xbox one? Apparently all microsoft
wants to tell me is to ship them my xbox and expects me to wait for weeks until I get another. That logic

Im in Canada, they replaced mine last week with a BRAND spanking new one, I bought a defective one from best buy a couple of weeks ago.

 

How long do Xbox One accessory replacements/repairs take?

i hope it does not take 2 weeks-1 month to repair my console. a console shouldn't start being defective within 3 months.. not too happy I have had to post it off, within warranty to another part of the planet to be fixed. maybe i should have bought a playstation?
should just be a straight swap in my opinion. think these big companies fail to realize these consoles are a big investment financially for some families.

Fan either sounded like electrical surge/ chainsaw, overheated, froze, or hard drive had issues. All of them. Everywhere I go. Brand new. Defective. I've wasted hours of my life going back and forth for something that isn't my problem.

 

What is the problem with the Xbox you have now?

 

The fan is defective and sounds like a chainsaw. I've gotten like 3 or 4 like this. This was the first time I went to Best Buy and they gave me this. When microsoft shipped out this "new" console, they forgot to put plastic on some of the cables and stuff.
If that helps any. Shows their laziness. That or Best Buy sold me a used console because it was sealed like new
