Judging by the OP's username, I suspect the free 7 months is the thing with the Central Bank of India (I think it's called that) and their changes to online payments resulted in MS offering 7 months free..

You can stack 6months then upgrade using the upgrade proccess

There is only 1month or with consoles s14 day triald

For Indian consumers, there is a 7 month GPU thing. The Indian Central Bank changed how payments are processed or something in the Summer and all Indian users were being given 7 months free
