7 Days to Die save NOT LOADING!!

I have the game 7 Days to Die for Xbox One and twice now i've not been able to load up my saved file and it's really upsetting me because I worked INSANELY hard on those files. Please help resolve this issue. (Tried to re-install and install again, didn't
work)

people on the 7 days to die forums keep telling everyone that there is a limitation on save files and that's why the game keeps crashing and deleting everyones stuff. They call it an Md5 error. It seems to not happen on ps4 as much. If this is true could
we get an increase?

Sorry to hear about the issue. I moved your thread to a section of the forums that's better suited for issues with games.

When you go to load up 7 Days to Die, what exactly happens? Do you get an error code? Is the game crashing? Can you please provide us with additional details regarding the game and your save files? More information will help us to narrow down the issue a
bit more.

That said, let's try a couple things. I see you said you've already tried uninstalling the game once. Let's try this:

Uninstall the game

Power Cycle your Xbox One console

Re-install the game

Additionally, do you have an alternate storage device you could try installing/moving the game to?

Give those a try and let us know if it works or if you are in need of further assistance.

Yeah its a cool little game, only really tried single player so not sure of the mp side of things.

One of them games that seem it hardest at the beginning then gets easier (maybe just me thou)...also riding about on my bike and road rage killing bears/ zombies will never get old

I understand how stressful these days are.

The good news is that I tried something new and ... IT WORKED !!!

I deleted my user. I deleted the game, RESET the X-Box.

In sequence:
I logged in (recovering the data from the cloud), downloaded the game again, with a difference: reinstalled on the internal HD of the XBox.

I have more than 350 online games that work NORMALLY on my external hard drive (4Tb). Only the 7 Days Die game presented problems.

Anyway, end of story. Happy ending.

Sorry about the issues I understand how frustrating this is.

Is this an online version or a disc?

Since you have tried pretty much everything, it sounds like the game itself may be faulty. It unfortunately happens. If it is still under warranty request another copy via code or disc, depending on which version you got. I just wanted to mention if it is
an online copy via internet download that Xbox is under an enormous amount of stress and technical difficulties due to the number of people worldwide online at once due to the pandemic. This could be a factor to consider. However, if the game starts and doesn't
go any further or crashes on the main screen it would be safe to say that you have a faulty game.
