7 days to die refund

Hello! I've bought the 7 days to die and played a few hours it. Then I encountered the md5 since my game crashed and all my progress was reset. I then googled this bug and It hasn't been fixed yet numerous of complaints. This flaw renders my game unplayable
and I'd like a refund but can't see a refund option. I've found out that you can refund this manually by contacting the support.

Normally I wouldn't ask for a refund but since this game is literally unstable and broken and def not worth the price tag. People are also demanding to remove this game from the xbox game library since this isn't nearly
a playable game title.

You should report the game bug through the console as well. So the proper people can look into it.

Yeah its a cool little game, only really tried single player so not sure of the mp side of things.

One of them games that seem it hardest at the beginning then gets easier (maybe just me thou)...also riding about on my bike and road rage killing bears/ zombies will never get old
