    I preordered the game and it said get the free walking dead skins, when I've checked the character skins in the store it's not free to download ?

    Anyone having the same problem or managed to get the dlc yet ?

    Im not sure how fast they are able to make it through that thread as it's quite large. So if you aren't able to download your skins soon, within a day or two, I would suggest trying to get in contact with their support or Xbox support again.

    To be eligible for this pre order bonus, you would need to have preordered the game prior to the release date on June 28th, 2016. You can verify the date you preordered by heading over to
    commerce.microsoft.com and clicking on "purchase history".

    If you check that page, do you see the preorder? If so and it's prior to June 28th, can you please Private Message me () a screenshot of the purchase including the date and your Gamertag, so that we can take a closer look? You can send a Private
