    7 days to die pre-order dlc skins not received


    I purchased 7 days to die digital on June 24th 2016 and since then have not received the bonus pre-order walking dead skins. I had contacted/posted on the 7 days to die forums for xbox/playstation, and they had posted that after confirmed of our pre-orders
    we should receive an xbox message from xbox giving us a download or code. I still have not yet received either and recently the 7 days to die forum posted that digital pre-order people, if they have not yet received anything from xbox then to contact xbox
    directly. After talking to microsoft/xbox personnel, they told me to post a thread in this forum to hopefully get this issue resolved.

    So my gamertag is , I bought the game on June 24th, 2016, and the game released on June 28th, 2016.
