    7 Days to Die not appearing in My Games and App tab


    Recently my cousin got 7 Days to die and did a game share with me so I can play it as well. Went through the whole process to making his account My Xbox on my console, but when I went into the ready to install, it does not show up. He tried to reinstall
    it on his console to see if it would show up since when you install something on the console it appears on their home console too, but it still did nothing. Can anyone help?

    no man's sky shows up in achievements tab as 0/0

    why is this game appearing as 0/0 in my achievements tab on the xbox website?

    Hi, there is currently an issue regarding content that is purchased on an Xbox One that is a part of the preview program not being playable on an Xbox One that is not a part of the preview program, could that be the problem ?

    • Certain content (games, apps, DLC) purchased in the new Store may only be available on consoles enrolled in the latest Preview update. This means…

    • Games purchased on a console running the latest Preview update can only be played on that console or other consoles running the latest Preview update.

    • Games purchased via Xbox.com can be played on any console.

    • Games purchased on a console running the previous update can be played on any console.

    Yeah its a cool little game, only really tried single player so not sure of the mp side of things.

    One of them games that seem it hardest at the beginning then gets easier (maybe just me thou)...also riding about on my bike and road rage killing bears/ zombies will never get old

    Hello Microsoft team

    I understand how stressful these days are.

    The good news is that I tried something new and ... IT WORKED !!!

    I deleted my user. I deleted the game, RESET the X-Box.

    In sequence:
    I logged in (recovering the data from the cloud), downloaded the game again, with a difference: reinstalled on the internal HD of the XBox.

    I have more than 350 online games that work NORMALLY on my external hard drive (4Tb). Only the 7 Days Die game presented problems.

    Anyway, end of story. Happy ending.

    Hi,

    Sorry about the issues I understand how frustrating this is.

    Is this an online version or a disc?

    Since you have tried pretty much everything, it sounds like the game itself may be faulty. It unfortunately happens. If it is still under warranty request another copy via code or disc, depending on which version you got. I just wanted to mention if it is
    an online copy via internet download that Xbox is under an enormous amount of stress and technical difficulties due to the number of people worldwide online at once due to the pandemic. This could be a factor to consider. However, if the game starts and doesn't
    go any further or crashes on the main screen it would be safe to say that you have a faulty game.
