7 Days to die, Multiplayer Error. help

Hello,

i bought with some friends the game "7 days to die" some days ago. Everything works fine.. but the multiplayer dont work. Everytime when we try to connect to a Multiplayer game or private game, we get the Message:

error

Your connection to the game was interrupted. Please try again later

Everyone of us have Nat: open. and all other games works online... is it a game bug?

Salve a tutti, vi scrivo perche sto avendo problemi con questo gioco. Da quando hanno fatto il 3 o 4 aggiornamento non si riescie più a giocare online e volevo sapere se anche voi state avendo problemi a giocare con i vostri amici. Puo essere un problema
del mio modem, ho il classico modem bianco della fibra di tim.

Il bello è che c'è un mio amico che riescie a giocare online e ad entrare nelle mie partite ma dopo un po si bugga il personaggio ed è costretto ad uscire o viene buttato fuori dal server. Cosa strana io non riesco ad entrare in nessuna partita online
e neanche in quelle del mio amico.

It may be a game bug. I have similar problems though with a moderate NAT type, the fact is that most people online in 7 Days To Die may not have the best internet. Open NAT types tend to receive a lot of problems playing online, though I have noticed. If
you are having no problems playing other games though, it may be the bad internet part.

thanks for your answer. I have here in Germany a very good Internet... very stable and never had problems at this part.. and i have read in the 7 days to die forum from other users that they have the same problems.. the developer broke the multiplayer game
with the last update... i have read that... I bought this game with the xbox deals.. but cant enyoj it really.. cuz its not really working in multiplayer..

Will the developer update this?

Are you playing on PC or Xbox? The Xbox version has had the servers turned off last September.

Kindly check the NAT type of your and your friend's network connection. Here's how:

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Network settings.

Under Current Network Status, the NAT Type field displays your current NAT type.

You need your NAT type and your friend's to be Open to resolve this issue. You also want to be sure there are no errors such as Double NAT detected or UPnP not successful displayed.

Start by checking to see if you’re getting any of the errors listed here:

NAT Type: Unavailable (displayed under Current Network Status on the Network screen)

Can’t get a Teredo IP address (displayed after running Test multiplayer connection on the Network screen)

Error code 0x89231906 (displayed when trying to join a party chat session)

Double NAT detected (displayed under Current Network Status on the Network screen)

Your NAT type determines whether you can successfully use multiplayer gaming or party chat.

Open NAT: You're able to play and host multiplayer games with people who have any NAT type on their network.

Moderate NAT: You might not be able to play multiplayer games with some people, and normally you won't be chosen as the host of a match.

Strict NAT: You're only able to play multiplayer games with people who have an OPEN NAT type. You can't be chosen as the host of a match.

Unavailable NAT: If NAT is unavailable, you’ll be unable to use party chat or connect to multiplayer games for some Xbox titles.
