Hi all,

- For Digital people who have not recieved codes from Xbox or PSN since the Friday the 15th, you need to double check your inbox to make sure you did not recieve a message from them (please double check your spam too). Please also check the file is not
sitting in downloads, I believe in a lot of cases the DLC was not added to the game automatically. If you have still not recieved anything from Xbox or PSN please contact them directly, the team have resolved issues with DLC not being distributed and they
should be able to verify you preordered and issue you with your DLC.

- Physical copy people, you need to return to your vendor and request your code you did not recieve. Some vendors, I know amazon.ca is one, have claimed there is no promotion, this is not the case, everyone who preordered are entitled to DLC. If you get
a response from your vendor saying they do not recognise the promotion or something along those lines, please PM me, I can give you an email to contact.

- Physical copy people who did get a code but it didn't work. Please check the code again, if it still does not work, please also PM me.

Please follow the above instructions for each case, contacting me directly without doing this, will slow down the process and I will as you to do it directly anyway.

I have yet to get any code from anyone, and I just contacted live chat support and told me to post here. So everything that is a issue is stated above.

Hey there MerSauta,

If you check commerce.microsoft.com in the purchase history, what date is showing for the preorder? The game released on June 28th, so in order to qualify, you would have needed to pre-order
the game prior to June 28th. Can you please double check that for us?

It's says June 28th, but on my bank statement I made the purchase on on the 27th and had the game installed on my system hours before the release, but couldn't play it until the release date.
