7 Days to die bug

Hello Community,

I have a Problem with the game "7 Days to die" I bought it with 2 friends of mine and we wanted to Play the game together but we arent able to join each other there is always a error massage which says that we arent able to join the game we have tried it
two days now for like 2 hours the first day and the same on the second day it worked for a short time but after that it kicks me out of the Lobby and the same error message appears I dont know why this is Happening are the Servers of the game so bad that we
cant join each other? I dont know what to say to this Problem we´ve bought the game to have fun but werent able to Play this game for 20 mins together cause there are always those Errors it is simply insolence to sell a game for 35 € (bought it for 14) and
nothing in the game works can anyone help me? and can i get my Money back or atleast have another game or sth instead of this one?

You can choose the game you're posting in to access the correct forum. The error you're describing sounds like a networking issue, can you clarify what you and your friends NAT type is showing up as under Network settings?

 

Same, I joined a game with my room mate and long term gaming friend easily. But in game hub for random people or matchmaking I can not join anyone. Furthest I have gotten was in the load out and could here the setting noise( crickets, wind, etc). Then
back to main menu...
