    7 days after order still not shipped


    I ordered an Xbox One bundle via the online Microsoft store on November 24. I received an email stating that it was shipped along with a tracking number the next day. Upon checkin the tracking number today, one week later, it hasn't even arrived at a USPS
    facility for delivery. I've already received my one month game pass but now I'm beginning to worry my Xbox really isn't on the way...

    You will receive the codes in 7-10 days after you pre-order. If after that you still do not have your codes please repost.

    15 days after shipping you will get the points. I ordered on the 17th and still have not received my points, they said they are about a week behind.

    Ground shipping takes 4-7 business days, so there's no guarantee the game will arrive by the 22nd. I don't know where you got your shipping info, but on the Ms Store site it states the shipping times plus, games have to be ordered by 1pm or you need
    to add a day.
