7 day suspension

hello, i wanna say sorry for my bad english first.

My Account got a 7 day suspension because of something with conversation, i offended somebody yesterday with a private message once, and that was the only time i can remember, i have a good reputation and this is my first suspension in 4 years...

Now i wanted to ask why they give me a 7 day suspension and not like a 24 hour suspension like they say here:

i could deal with 2 days or three, but i have holidays and normally i can only play while holidays, is there any way to do something about the 7 day suspension?

Asterisks means nothing. The Code of Conduct is clear about this

• Don't create a gamertag, profile content, Avatar action, Avatar content, or in-game content that other users may be offended by.
  This includes, without limitation, anything related to or suggestive of: profane words/phrases,
  topics or content of a sexual nature, hate speech (including but not limited to racial, ethnic, or religious slurs), illegal drugs/controlled substances, or illegal activities.
  

The operative word(s) here are "suggestive of....". If you replace the profane word with asterisks, it is still suggestive of the profane word your replacing, meaning it's still susceptible to suspension.



Basically, *** in place of a profane word is not acceptable. "L44t5p34k" to cover up a profane word is not acceptable. And using "Character Maps" to modify the text is not acceptable. If want you want to say has swearing
in it, say something else.

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

The length of a suspension depends on several things including whether you have been suspended before & the severity of the offence.

You can go to the enforcement site
https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB & file for a case review.

If you look at the bottom left of this page you should be able to change the region of the forum you use.
