    I think this is STILL disgracefull of Microsoft,and IS one of the reasons why GFWL Failed!!Yet MS fail to even listen to users time and time again,they must enjoy being the "black sheep" of the Games world.MS get your act together and stop ripping us folk
    off.Ten years on and i still dont own now a single Game of yours.You can carry on doing things like deliberatly keeping Keyboards/mice away from consoles!Surprised you havnt gone totally bust yet i really am.Carry on like this and it will happen.Long live
    the PC,oh youve missed the Bus there havnt you.Consoles will Never outperform them,even todays Gen are switiching to PC's purely for the Modding capabilities,and good luck to them too.Just think the world of PC Gaming where does Microsoft come into this now?it

    It's easy pick a name and type it in and click purchase for 7.99 plus tax

    There is no free name change

    My gamertag was changed.

    Paid to change my name 7.99 . Then the change isnt acceptable so my gamertag gets changed to a random one , can i have a refund or another channge for free

    you need to change your region using the link bottom left of this page, to United Kingdom, I've just done this and paid £7.99 to change my gamertag

    I'm sorry to hear that you are not happy. Xbox is a popular franchise, way ahead of PlayStation. What does Google and Yahoo have to do with this? Do they have their own consoles and services like XBL and PSN? I don't think so. When you signed up, I think
    there was a notice of your gamertag being final and not changeable unless you pay for it. Changing your gamertag is like changing your name in real life. XBL can be considered premium. Nothing in life is free, why should a service by Microsoft be?
    Changing your gamertag is NOT like changing your name IRL. The process is automated so why does it cost £7.99 to change 13 characters of text, which ISN'T your legal contact information for the account (that's your email address)?
