69-8007000E

Lorsque j'insère ma clé USB 2.0 Format FAT32 pour écouter des vidéos de format AVI, XVID, DIVX et que je vais sélectionner les vidéos il y a le code d'état 69-8007000E qui s'affiche. J'ai essayé 2 clés USB et une dizaine de videos différentes.

First time trying to connect to Xbox live,plugged in my Internet cable to the Xbox,ran a network test/live connection and it failed at the xboxlive section,tried everything I'm after downloading breaking bad season 1 onto a USB and it won't play on
the Xbox with out a update I'm told,I get this error code 69/8007000e Somebody please help me,not very good with this sort of thing.

That error code you are getting generally indicates that the
video format is not supported by the Xbox 360. XVID is not a
supported format but your AVI and DIVX files should be fine. Try removing the XVID files from your USB drive and trying again. If that doesn't work, try reformatting your AVI and DVIX files again. You can reformat to the same format but sometimes that can
help force a change. If it STILL doesn't work, you can try reformatting your USB drive from FAT32 to NTSC and see if that helps.
