6000 Points, WHERE ARE YOU???

I am working on a reward mission that is supposed to give me 6000 points for spending 60 bux on any thing in the xbox store, but I have already spent well over 60 bux and I haven't seen my 6000 points. Can you guys help me getting that issued properly? I preordered
Mass Effect Andromeda early this morning and just bought Final Fantasy XV. Yesterday I purchased Battlefield 1 and Titan Fall 2... I think considering how much I've spent so far, y'all would be kind enough to give me the measly 6000 points. I have been an
Xbox member since the first Xbox debuted and I was an original Xbox Live Beta tester. I'm hoping you have a solution for this long time xbox super fan!

Reward history, stars and balance missing

I just went to check to see if my 6000 points was added to my account and now it says a have no stars down from 3.5 im missing the 1000 points or so i had and the 6000 points I was supposed to get today is no where to be seen too!

 

Reward point total for month of March seems off

Hi,

In March I got the 6000 credits for purchasing $60 worth of content. Today I noticed my rewards total for the month of March is 6000 points less that I expected. I spent a little over $160 for the month so I was expecting 16000 points. Points were
added for March today and I am only seeing 10000 points added. It looks like the 6000 I earned for the punch card was deducted from my monthly spending total. No where in the promotion does it mention this. I already earn 10% a month for being at the 5 star
level. Can someone please explain why I am missing 6000 points?

Keep in mind it takes up to 96 hours for the program to recognize purchases. Since the offer just started today, it would be too soon to see credits for that offer. If you don't see them after 96 hours, you'll want to post in the support section of the forum.

 

It's also worth nothing that if content qualifies for another promotion (Mass Effect: Andromeda) it will not qualify for both promotions, it will default to the Games on Demand punchcard. However seeing how much you say you have purchased you should still
be covered with FF15 and Battlefield/Titanfall.

 

it's never taken this long, I'm going to go with its never coming unless y'all do something something to make it happen.

 

96 hours is per the terms of the offer and is the usual turnaround time for most offers. So you'll want to post in the support section of the forum so support can check into it for you.
