6000 points not showing after spending more than the required $60

Hi,

I recently received this email:

I have activated this offer as the email stated that I needed to and then it advised that all that was necessary was to spend $60 on anything from Games to Movies and Music. I have since bought Rocket League, rented 2 movies, and just now bought Ghost Recon
Wildlands($60). The total that I have spent in the last 2 weeks totals around $100.

In my balance, the points have not reflected, and show that I still only have 214 points currently.

Please help as I would like to have my faith in the rewards program restored so that I bother to take part in future rewards offers.

March points offer 30 minutes AFTER pre-ordering Mass Effect Andromeda Deluxe

I received the offer for 6000 reward points for spending $60 literally 30 minutes after I pre-ordered the Mass Effect Andromeda Deluxe edition on the xbox store. I was hoping I could still receive the points. Thoughts?

Rewards for pre order and purchase

so during the month of March there were two promotions one for spending more than $60+ dollars before March 31st and the other for pre ordering mass effect before March 31. I completed both of these and am wondering when I can expect to see the rewards credit
(6000 for the spending and 15000 for the pre order) to appear on my rewards portal?

It takes us up to 96 hours to process and receive new purchases. We have not yet received your Ghost Recon purchase, so please allow more time for processing. Since you opted in on the 4th, your purchases made before that are not eligible for this offer.
Only purchases made after opting in are eligible for the offer. Your Rocket League purchase was made in February, so it would not apply to this offer, which only began in March.

Same here. I was checking to see if my 6000 reward points were deposited for spending $60 on games, and my account seems to have been wiped clean. Hopefully it's a glitch they are working on.

When you purchase this game, look at the bottom of the screen and hit "X Buy with Points". It was doing this with me also, so I tried this and I was able to add points to my account and buy it that way. Looks like a way for Microsoft to get you to buy
more points than they offer. Had to spend 74.99 on 6000 points, since they don't offer any for 59.99. Thanks again Microsoft, you got me!!

Can't buy 200. In stores, the denominations are 1400 MSP for $20, and 2800 MSP for $40.

So, if something is 1600 MSP, I can either spend $40 in store to get enough, $20 in store and then $7.25 online, or $29 online. Either way, I would be buying more points than I need, and spending more money than the cost of the product. I don't spend more
than the price in the real world, and I'm not doing it online.

We do not see $70 in purchases this month. We only see one purchase of 15.99 made this month. That purchase went towards the Simply Rewarding offer. If you have just recently made a purchase, keep in mind that it takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process
new information.
