6000 point reward

I bought ghost recon deluxe edition on March 7th after launching the 6000 credit mission, but I did not receive the reward.

so i pre ordered sea of thieves but microsoft rewards wont let me claim the 6000 reward points someone help

I bought destiny 2 and I didnt get the destiny 2 punch card completed from it

I bought the game but it didnt give me my 6000 point reward..

Apologies for the inconvenience. There was a slight delay that increased our normal 96 hour processing time by a day or so. We see that this purchase completed the Simply Rewarding offer, and the Credits were placed as pending into your account on the 10th.

It doesn't count if you already had the game or preordered the game before the reward came out. Purchase must be through the punch card for it to count.

Not worth it though, its not an additional 6000 on top of the purchase points you already get for buying it ( which is just under 6000 ) .

at least that was my case with another game I bought for the 6000 reward punchcard, phoenix rising. Regular purchase reward points were not awarded, only the 6000 from the punch card was.

It takes 96 hours for purchases to process. Once it's deposited into your tracker it will be deposited into your microsoft account (to use) near the end of the month as deposits only happen twice per month.
