    it says tht i have 600 points pending for two yrs ago and I did a survey for 250 today and it didn't even show up pending for my survey just wondering y its doing this and just wondering if I can still use my points to renew my xbox gold

    Is there any way you could link us to this promotional offer or has it been removed from the internet? If it was through the xbox.rewards program those offers only apply if you are already an xbox live gold member.

    I resubscribed to xbox gold on 4/23/2012 for 12 months. The promotion said i was to recieve 600 microsoft points for subscribing for 12 months. Its November 2012, i think i have waited long enough. Where are my points?

    Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. Once you have at least 1,000 pending, you can request a deposit and they will be deposited on the date listed on the site at the time that you
    make the request.

    It should take about 96 hours for the credits from your survey to show as pending. So it's too soon to see those pending.

    Gold can only be purchased via credit card/Paypal or by purchasing a prepaid gold card from a retailer. It has never been possible to use your rewards points or credits to purchase gold.

    We only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount is beneath this amount, it has not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you are at 1000 or more pending
    Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.

    Activities take up to 96 hours to be received and processed, so a survey taken yesterday would not appear yet on your MyRewards page.

    MS account email and contact preferences (live.xbox.com/.../ContactPreferences) along with all spam, junk and trash folders! Let us know. :)
