600 pending rewards credits from last year?

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. Since you only have 600 pending you haven't earned enough for an automatic deposit. Once you have at least 1,000 pending, you can request a deposit.

MyVIP had a recalibration for the last few years. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015
and December 2016. We did not recalibrate this year (December 2017). You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. Since you havent gotten that much yet, it hasn't triggered an automatic deposit. However, since you do have over 1,000, you can request a deposit on the
MyRewards section of the site and they would be deposited on the date listed at the time that you make the request.

Star level ranks are reset each year, with the exception of this year. So ranks were last reset on January 1,2017. In order to maintain your rank, you have to spend the same amount or higher each year.
