    10 year xbox for free apparently?

    This year is the 10 year anniversary of the Live service. Those consoles were made specifically for the anniversary and were given away to some users who have been with Live since the beginning. You don't get the console when you've been with Live for 10
    years.

    Microsoft is sending out 10 year anniversary consoles to people who have been with Live since the beginning, so it is possible it was legit. You may want to try calling support 1-800-4my-xbox

    Xbox Live Rewards not working

    I have been a member of the rewards program since it’s launch but now when I log in it asks me to join the rewards program.

    When I sign in it then says I don’t have an Xbox live account when I clearly do so and have done so for like 6 years.

    Just to clarify I am using the same rewards account and live account as I have done since launch without previous issue.
