    6 years ago I received a suspension


    My first Xbox account, SuperSpartan817, was given a permenant suspension early February due to me accidentally changing my avatar's color to a light shade of green. It's been 6 years since my initial suspension, I currently own an Xbox One, my first Xbox
    360, and the credentials to my banned Xbox account. I made a lot of memories on my old account, and it would be really neat if I were able to get my suspension revoked and continue to use my original Xbox account. I feel like the permanent suspension is somewhat
    unnecessary since with the new Avatar Editor update, you are able to change your skin color to whatever color you desire, and because it was something so minor as an avatar color, I think 6 years would be enough time to repent for my previous actions and still
    be loyal to the Microsoft family of consoles. It would make my day if I were to play on this account again. I was referred here by Xbox Support so I still have a little bit of hope that I would be able to get the suspension removed.

    Haven't received any awards in many years

    Hi XBOX,

    I joined the reward scheme many years ago. I used to receive awards per month based on my spend of MS Points and completing surveys/challenges etc.

    I've spent many thousands on XBL credit, but haven't received any reward for a number of years now.

    Can you kindly look into this and get back to me? I would estimate it was 5-6 years since I last received a reward.

    Unfortunately we here on forums do not have the correct tools to assist with the issue at hand. We suggest reaching out to our Enforcement team since they are the only ones who would be able to assist in the matter bud. Give it a shot by filling a

    Case Review
    so they can see what options are available for the account in question, good luck!

    I'm currently unable to submit a case review because the account was banned 6 years ago, so long ago there was no way to make a case review and I am unable to submit one now because the ban was given so long ago and the case review system I assume was
    implemented recently. Is there any way this could be forwarded to the Enforcement Team?

    Thanks for the reply! Unfortunately, the only way to contact the Enforcement Team is through the Enforcement website.

    First, check your
    Enforcement History
    . This page displays any enforcement actions associated with an account, including suspensions, forced Gamertag changes, and content takedowns. Enforcement History also shows when each enforcement was
    issued and when it ends (if applicable), and includes an overview of the violation and how the enforcement impacts the account’s access to Xbox Live.

    You would have to appeal the suspension from XBPET: https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US

    Just to note, to modify an avatar color it required external editors at the time. Not really sure how you do that accidentally.

    I'm looking all over the website and I cannot find on how to contact the Enforcement team.

    Could you refer someone from the Enforcement team to look at this post?

    I used to be big on single-player and I modified some saves at the time.

    I did all of this offline and I may have mis-clicked changing avatar color or something.
