My XBox 360 E Slim was having trouble occasionally resetting itself mid game and casuing random freezes.

Since I got it around new years, I called Target ( who I bought it and the extended warranty from)

and told them the issue. Since it was less than 3.5 months old ( when I called around April 12th),

they said call Microsoft, and put me in touch with Warranty support.

Warranty Support at Microsoft said it was the power supply, sent an RMA ticket, and said to send it back.

Boxed up the PS, took it to Fedex, and off it went.

Tracked it online, it landed at MS on 04-16-2014.

    And then nothing.

I called in once a week every Friday to see what the status was, because the myxbox.com showed that it was received, but

that nothing was moving. Each time somebody at Xbox said, "oh we'll escalate it", and every Friday, I heard nothing.

Finally, after nearly a month, I got ahold of Nicole, in Xbox support, who did FINALLY manage to get it escalated.

and now, as of May 20th, I have an escalation, and still no power supply!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was told by Escalation agent Eboni, that she was going to check on the status of the Power Supply, which seems to

    be out of stock.

But now, six weeks to the date they received it, I still have no working Xbox,

and no idea when in the heck I'm going to receive a replacement power supply.

This by far has been a horrible experience.

Has anyone else been stuck like this? IS there no way to get a hold of someone to tell me what's going on?

    :)

Bad power supply unit. I was told by xbox.

i have the same Problem, but it was from the beginning. I messured the output of the power supply and it never has 12V so maybe it can be the power supply or as you said the console itself.... MS is holding me back und they told me to call within 24h so
i have to wait... but to hear it will take 6-8 Weeks for a replacement is very bad.....

    Xbox with 220V DC

    Hi

The Xbox One S and Xbox One X both support 110v AC and 220v AC as for the original Xbox One with the separate power supply you will need to purchase a replacement power supply. To order a replacement power supply please use the link below and you should
be able to purchase the correct power supply.
