6 v 6

I'd like to seea link about this as well. I'm fairly certainlots of news sourcees were claiming the beta would be free or open or whatever on PC and XBox One. Though I haven't seen any sign-ups anywhere for this so I wonder
how they intend to deploy it.

 

Ign has an article up about it. I can't access IGN from my work PC though.

as i was under the impression that this was the date the beta starts. This instead suggests that it's fo sign-ups, which doesn't make much sense/give much time considering the game launches March 11th.

 

I had assumed it would be an open beta since it's a new IP that is MP only but it appears I was wrong.

 

I had gotten an email about playing the alpha, but I was busy and didnt sign up nor play. It seems you just have to sign up for it at the Respawn website and they will email you a code to play the beta.

 

I really hope I get in the beta

 

Pretty much everyone I know with the X1 got into the alpha except for me. It was quite disappointing.

 

^^Yeah I had gotten the email, but IRL stuff had me tied up.

 

6v6 is not going to do it for me with this game. Bots make it even worse.

 

EA oh dear i never knew that, game will suck big time lol

 

I love the bigger maps in BF4 vs smaller rooms of CoD or Halo. That said, 6v6 totally fit the beta maps. For anything bigger, maps would have to be huge.

Maybe pick a mode where 6 pilots, and people can choose to be ground infantry? Or a pure ground infantry mode and instead of grunts, there are AI controlled titans...

 

^^Or maybe a Ground War infantry only mode where the Titans are gained through killstreaks or point streaks? Dunno.
