    I recieved an email stating I should get a $6 promotional credit due to difficulties using Xbox video. Looking at my account though, no credit has been recently applied. Here is a copy of the email that was sent to me.

    $6 promotinal credit

    I haveyet to recieve my promotional $6 credit from last month........I know 6 dollars dont seem like much but when you pay $150 a year on xbox marketplace alone this can be frustrating. Can someone please help me resolve this issue, Thank you

    $6 Promotional Credit

    Currency can only be used from the console. When you attempt to purchase an item from the Xbox Marketplace it will ask for an alternate payment method first. This is just in case the amount you are paying is more than the amount you have in currency.

    Do not worry, currency is always taken first.

    You probably won't ever get it cause Microsoft is full of crap.

    I received 2 of those messages. The first message got deleted cause Microsoft doesn't let you save anything, but the first credit came on 10/2/14. They at least gave me that.

    I got another message on 11/13/14, but I never got the credit. I chatted with support and was told I eventually would get it. That was on 11/14. I chatted with someone this morning, and all of a sudden I'm being told "O that second message was an error".
    I wasted like 2 hours talking to these 2 different people to be told different crap. Yeah, I would hold your breath on it.

    Both message were linked to the Xbox video being on the fritz, and that's what makes what "Ted" said bull crap. I had two separate instances of Xbox video acting glitchy. It makes sense that I would get 2 different "I'm sorry. Here's free money" cause
    it fracked up 2 times.

    Hey guys, I saw a post from one of the support agents a while back. Apparently the credits were applied to accounts back in October shortly after you received the message. Head to commerce.microsoft.com to check your account histories. Be sure to set
    the search parameters to include from October on.

    commerce.microsoft.com for the credit on your account during that time. If you used the currency to pay for an item that wasn't for Xbox Video, this is why you are receiving this email. You should be all set! This
