    Still having issues! Took everything

    I had 9 bingos--- your game froze. It took all my bingos, my keys, my coins, everything. Didn't get credit back, didn't get bingos, didn't get keys or all the powerups it took. How do I get them?

    stuck on bingos

    please refund coins placed toward more bingos when the entire game malfunctioned producing all bingos on all 3 cards

    Not receiving keys from Community Rewards Challenge--No Help from Microsoft Support/Xbox Support

    Also, I have tried all of the options suggested on the forums in the FAQ. None of these have worked either. I will point out that my game has no issue with refunding tickets from chests, keys from chests, etc. This issue is solely with the Community Rewards
    for Power Bingos.

    The Microsoft Casual Games team recently announced that they will close the service for Microsoft Bingo on all devices in April 2021. After this date, you’ll no longer be able to play the game or access any in-game items, such as tickets or coins.

    After my last two games of Bingo, the system has crashed and I never got all of the coins, keys, etc. that I won during the game. I have been buying coins from Microsoft and feel like this is a big waste. Who can we contact to fix the glitch?
