    after speaking to several advisors who sent me to somewhere else, several years ago I joind rewards....after having problems signing in I eventually got there only to find no account, no rewards so after spending money on products I have nothing to show

    I have been an Xbox Live rewards member for years. For some reason I have not received any this year, even though I pre ordered several games. Please help me get my credits

    Xbox Live Rewards says I'm not a gold member but I've been one for several years. I signed up for Xbox Live rewards several months ago but I just started looking at it online. I tried to sign up for my achievements but it says I'm not a gold member. Xbox.com
    says I'm a gold member and everywhere else it says I'm Gold but Rewards says I'm not. Please help! Thanks, Hunter

    Xbox telling me to upgrade to gold, even though I am a gold member already

    Hi,

    As Tleonel89 said, sometimes your console doesn't receive the lastest info, I would try signing in and out by:

    Press Xbox Guide Button (On your controller)

    Press "X" (Sign Out)

    Press "X" again once you have signed out and then select your Profile and sign in again.

    This should work, if it doesn't, you will need to delete your profile and redownload it.

    Please take a look at the date this thread was created before making posts. It's back in 2011, long ago. It's likely this person has already solved their issue, or they contacted phone support themselves to solve it.

    sometimes your console doesn't receive the latest information from the xbox servers, all you need to do is redownload your profile again and that will fix the problem for you.

    Social >>> Sign in or Out >>>> Download profile
