    Bought Civ Revolution on July 6 (​throwback-thursday) and no points credited

    I bought Civilization Revolution on July 6th following the link from rewards website (throwback-thursday) and one week later I cannot see in MyRewards page the 6.000 reward points for buy it.

    Could you please review it?

    how to get my credit on xbox rewards it says that the mix is 5.000 credit I have is 6.000 credit how do I deposit on my account because I can't?

    It takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process new activity. Since your last two purchases were made yesterday, they have not yet been processed to progress that offer. This is why our FAQ states a 96 hour waiting period:

    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    After you have completed the offer, your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

    Hello CRISTIAN1ELITE,

    It takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process new information. Since your purchase that completed this offer happened on the 16th, the Credits were not processed and awarded as pending until the 20th. The Credits are currently pending in your account
    and are available for review on your MyRewards page.

    Did they discontinued the movies and tv app for the xbox 360 or is it a bug?

    The app might have been free but the content purchases of films & complete TV series from that marketplace were far from free. I’m thousands of pounds out of pocket (around £6.000) since the app doesn’t open all of my film & TV collections cannot be accessed. Not even from download or purchase history. Microsoft need to get the MICROSOFT MOVIE & TV APP MARKETPLACE up & running again because I’m done with Microsoft if they don’t & I’ve been a huge supporter of theirs. It’s a straight up theft of thousands of pounds worth of paid for content!
