    I activated the 6,000 rewards credits and have purchased $100 worth merchandise but have yet to receive the actual credits. What's going on? My xbox account name is .

    Missing Credits

    Hello. Back in February, I completed the freedom rewards challenge. It was 3 parts and totaled 6,000 credits. I have only recieved 4,000 of those. I was told to wait and see if the credits would show up but they have not yet. I know Xbox Live Rewards is
    merging into Microsoft rewards so that may be an issue.

    My points are not showing in my rewards program

    The 6,000+ points you're seeing on the Xbox is your gamerscore, not Rewards credits. The program does not award credits based on gamerscore.

    Xbox Rewards No Reward for Preorder

    There were no Xbox Rewards offers to receive 6,000 credits for Destiny 2. That was an offer from the Microsoft Rewards program. Preorders did not count towards that offer.

    I didn't get my reward points.

    There are currently no Xbox Rewards offers to receive 6,000 credits for that game. If this is for the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. The two programs are separate.
