5th Vietnam map - Operation Hasting - Where is it?

I can't seem to access the 5th Vietnam map, operation hasting (which is required for secret vietnam DLC achievement). I've noticed a few threads about patches not being available to some.

Is this map and patch problem specific for the digital copy? I erased my installed (retail) copy and got the digital one to avoid the need for disc swapping. If it is I'll just go back to using the disc again.

Pretty sure there are other VIP maps missing as well. Can't find them in store at least.

Vietnam is on sale, should I purchase it?

When I used to play Vietnam everybody seemed to play operation Hastings everybody quit when another map started

 

I'm trying to remember Operation Hastings. Is that the one with two bridges and the dead water buffalo and rice patties around the center village? Or is it the map with the big lake in middle of the map and a bunch of huey's and boats and tanks? Did you
stick around to play all the maps twice? Ever try just picking the map in the quick match?

NAM was a blast October first. Was a full room when I played. Days after that, uneven lobby. Either i'm joining a lobby where the team I join rage quit or something cause last time I played NAM it was 2 versus 7 out numbered. Haven't went back. Was
waiting for Dice to fix it today so the servers can get populated with more new players.

 

It's the second map you mentioned. There's only 4 maps (instead of 5) in quick match. I'm fairly certain I've stayed 2 rounds per map. Afaik it's a VIP map and there seems to be some sort of problem to download those.

 

Ah, great. They fixed it! All maps available again. Didn't even have to download anything (since I allready had it on hdd)
