5ghz wifi not showing up on the list of connection xbox series s

I have a 5ghz router with the following brand and serial code TP-Link AX1500,

which I set as follows

Transmit power: high

Channel width: 40MHz

Channel: auto

Mode: 802.11a/n/ac/ax mixed

on my cell phone and laptop which is in the same room as the xbox series s (the router is close to the room) the 5ghz wifi appears on the list of connection

have tried changing the mode to 802.11a/n/ac mixed, but the result is the same

Does your 2.4ghz network have the same SSID as your 5ghz network?
See if cleaning the MAC from the console helps you.
Clean your console's MAC and restart your internet devices.
Network Settings> Advanced Settings> MAC Address and Clear.

Can your console see any other 5ghz networks?

what does console in here means?

is it command prompt in windows / terminal in mac os ?

Does your 2.4ghz network have the same SSID as your 5ghz network?
See if cleaning the MAC from the console helps you.
Clean your console's MAC and restart your internet devices.
Network Settings> Advanced Settings> MAC Address and Clear.

my 5ghz network has a different SSID then my 2.4 it has _5ghz at the end of the SSID
for example: 2.4ghz SSID is apex, the 5ghz is apex_5ghz

tried clean console MAC the result is same

I'm not certain but for example on any other device that you attempt to connect to wifi it will show:

my wifi
my wifi 5GHz

As in all other devices show both connections separately.
