Which was a great revolution and a simple way to pay less for the games.

People did not understand it, or i don't know what happened but there were billion of guys screaming on the internet 1 year ago.

Changes are feared by humanity, and this is a fact.

But i am not complaining on people complains (!): everybody is entitled to have an opinion.

I point my finger on Microsoft, as said above: they have lost a big opportunity to change things, from my point of view.

 

Sharing is interesting, and can still be done with digital licenses, and so could have been done with the method above. Don't get me wrong, they messed up by not explaining stuff and not being consistent during the build up and launch. A mess for sure. I
was for change and still am. The first part should now be sorting out cheaper downloads... However that can happen.

 

Yea i think too MS failed in the communication process, somehow.

I am for DD copies cause i am lazy and love to change games without moving myself from the couch, so i hope something will happen soon!

 

Yeah, I love the ability to say "Xbox, go to Rayman Legends" and have a quick 3 min blast, and then switch to something else. That goes out the window if everything is on disc.

 

it is showing as $59.99 which when converted to sterling is just £35.92, that for me is the biggest point, why are we charged so much more for a download?

 

Well, there are all sorts of reasons why a direct currency conversion isn't appropriate... that goes with any product sold here and in the US. It's to do with various taxes and VAT and I don't know the details. However, my big problem is the difference between
disc and download, and that that difference is apparently much less in the states.

I would have no problem with the digital being £45, but £55 to £60 is a joke and I'm just not going to buy games at that price, and I want to avoid buying on disc as I like the idea of a digital console. If they could have explained the difference due to
a valid reason, they would have by now I'm sure.

 

In italian marketplace game is at Euro 69,99 which means $ 95,2064
