    The purchases were not in conjunction with any other offers, so I should have got $1.16 worth of credit by now.

    I purchased xbox live gold membership on March 2, 2018 but I didn't get the reward points I was supposed to get because of this purchase. What should I do?

    it comes back as rewards points and once you reach 5000 rewards points they make a deposit into your account

    Since you chose to opt in to the Simply Rewarding offer, your purchases went towards that offer instead of payback (you cannot receive Credits from both). Since you did not complete that offer, you were not awarded offer completion Credits.

    I didn't need any incentive to purchase the game way back in March lol. As soon as I heard about Battlefield 3, and Skyrim I was at Gamestop purchasing both games in full lol.

    Haven't got my 2% back for the second straight month

    It never seemed to take until the 15th before. I remember consistently getting them within the first week. I didn't get any for March - when I spent more in one month than I usually do - so that's certainly convenient that I didn't get my 2%. I'll wait and
    see if I get a reward for April but I'm not holding my breath, seeing as how I still haven't gotten an explanation for why I got nothing in March.
