58,000+ gamerscore went missing overnight!

Hello. I logged into my account this morning and saw that my Gamerscore is short by about, oh, 58 thousand points. I'm supposed to be at over 216,000, but it's currently sitting at 158,000+. I contacted support and they told me to post here because one POSSIBLE
reason is that I violated a code and I got flagged for cheating (which is a complete fabrication, you can't cheat your way to 100% in games like Kings Quest and Life Is Strange, all you have to do in those games is simply play them!). I need to know why I'm
missing so many points and when I can expect them to be added back to my total. I have 77 games completed to 100% on Xbox One, yet a bunch of them are currently showing 0% in my achievement app. Please someone get back to me asap and help me figure this out

It does sound like you have had a gamerscore reset. You should log into the enforcement team website and see if you can submit a case review. http://enforcement.xbox.com/home

Indeed! It all came back around 10pm EST last night as mysteriously as it disappeared. That was a very strange day and it had phone support scratching their heads as well. Anyhow, thanks for trying to help!

When this happens it's normally only a system glitch, if you give it a few days this should correct itself.
