I just bought new tv and one s. And cannot get all checks. Any ideas. I have went through all the settings.

Xbox One S 4k help......

So I picked up a One S and a new 4k tv yesterday and things just aren't working well. I have a 70in Vizio M70-D3. The tv DOES support the all the modes the 1s requires for 4k, but when I go to check my settings, the xbox tells me my tv doesnt support anything
but 4k; not 4k 10 bit at 24hz, 4k at 50 hz, or 4k 10 bit at 60 hz. Anyone have any ideas?

Lost the 4k option on Netflix app

I installed my Xbox one s and Netflix showed the 4k option on there app. I watched a 4k program and went to watch more today and it doesn't show any 4k videos, they all say HD now. I have a 4k TV, I pay for the 4k Netflix package. My TV Netflix app works
fine for 4k.

Any ideas.. thanks

Is it a Samsung TV?

I know when you buy some Samsung TVs, even the newest models their 4K/HDR settings are not always enabled ( was told this by Samsungs on Support staff )

I'm not sure where settings are exactly but you have to go into the video/picture settings and make sure everything is on/enabled, HDR etc

If your not sure just phone Samsungs direct support line, they are brilliant and will make sure everything on TV is set up correctly.

If after that it still doesn't solve it I'd suggest giving Xbox Support a call

Go into tv settings pick general go to hdmi """ near bottom and turn it on. That's what I had to do now have everything checked

50 hts is not for the us. it europe. if you have it checked you have a problem. i have everything green on mine except 50htz. Thats the way its suppose to be

Yes, allow 4K and allow 24/60 all checked, allow 50Hz is grayed out.

When i put auto-detect, in video mode the console don´t allow me to check any boxes (only the YCC 4:2:2), even doesn't hear the sound and in 4K TV Details all appear in red. when i override in HDMI, the sound is activated, and in 4K TV Details all the option
about 4K are yellow telling about the setting of the TV is not doesn't allow 4K and recommend put to connection in Auto-detect and in video mode the console allow me to check 50Hz, 24 Hz, 3D (the TV does n´t have 3D), YCC 4:2:2 and 4K, but the only option
allow me to put in check are 50Hz, 24Hz and YCC 4:2:2.

In the TV all HDMI ULTRA HD Deep Color are activated.
