50K XBL Promo Xbox One S purchase through Microsoft

So I purchased the Xbox One S during black Friday through the Microsoft store due to the promo. There were many deals but the points that were suppose to be given to XBL reward members was the winning factor that I purchased the xbox one S through the Microsoft
store. My question is how long will it take for the points to be posted at all because I do not see any pending points. I have spoke to and messaged a few agents and the last agent gave me a link to post any inquires here. I would like to know when will I
receive my points. Luckily one of the agents or customer reps were very courteous and wrote me an email regarding our discussion/topic.

On our call today Randy, As i said Dont worry about it we will work on this case together to get this resolved and we will keep in high communication to ensure the accurate information is given and to ensure you will be updated inregards to the promotion
of the expedited reward points of 50,000.

I would like to know as ASAP as I have seen in other posts that this is quite common.

I bought a Xbox One S bundle and used the promo code on the mission for 50k points. I don't see the 50k points nor it pending.

If I can get some help or clarity, that'd be great.

Microsoft Store Xbox One S Offer - New Rewards Members Eligible

I'd like to take advantage of the Microsoft Store Xbox One S Offer (free expedited shipping and 50k points), but I only registered with Xbox rewards today so I did not receive an email with the promo code.

Is there any way I can make use of this offer since I was not an existing rewards member?

 

The credits should show as pending about 15 days after the console shipped. If you don't receive it after that, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum so support can check into it.
